The Penn Pal

Our Chapter newsletter is published at least twice a year, in February and August, but if the editor has enough content, we release more issues throughout the year. Members can access digital copies (in searchable PDF format) by logging into the “Members Only” section of this website.

The Penn Pal newsletter includes a variety of articles related to Pennsylvania German research, discoveries, family lines, culture, and history. Regular columns in include the President’s Perspective, Vice President’s Voice, Calendar of Events, and Members’ Corner. The editor welcomes submissions for publication, either short items for the Members’ Corner or longer articles concerning family history, other genealogical or historical material, or stories about individual genealogical pursuits. Contact the editor at editor@pennpalam.org.
